Team Leader Nursing / Registered Nurse, m/f/d (80-100%)

Responsibilities

• Together with your team, you are responsible for professional and resident-oriented care and support
• You coordinate and lead a ward and actively shape the care processes
• The team you will lead consists of 17 employees and two trainees, and together you care for 28 guests
• You also participate in projects and working groups and introduce new employees
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse
• You have already completed leadership training or are willing to undertake such training
• You have professional experience in geriatric care and possess very good German language skills
• Do you also consider yourself resilient, thoughtful, and well organised?
