ZEGG Hotels & Stores AG is a traditional family business with several hotels, gastronomy and retail operations in Samnaun. To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed, independent and reliable person to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent management of the financial accounting for several companies of the ZEGG operations
• Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and asset accounting
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Reconciliation of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts
• Execution of payment transactions and liquidity management
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Support with budgeting, forecasts and financial reporting
• Participation in the optimisation and digitalisation of financial processes
• Contact person for internal departments, audit firms and authorities

Your profile

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in finance and accounting (e.g. accounting clerk, specialist in finance and accounting or comparable)
• Professional experience in financial accounting
• Very good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards
• Confident handling of MS Office, ABACUS an advantage
• Analytical thinking as well as precise and structured working method
• High trustworthiness and discretion
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
