Production Team Leader 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You take on the professional and personnel leadership of the assigned team of between 30 and 60 employees

• You are responsible for guiding the employees, promoting and further developing them

• You assume a role model function

• You are responsible for the detailed planning and organisation of production orders on site

• You ensure that work is carried out according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) guidelines

• You monitor the training status of employees and plan the necessary training sessions

• You collaborate with the team management and the quality management team

• You bear responsibility for all activities of the group

• You bear responsibility for meeting delivery deadlines

• You bear responsibility for the production-ready condition of all work equipment, systems and devices

What do I need to be successful?

• Compulsory primary school and a completed apprenticeship from EFZ level

• German level: C1 or native language

• Completed further training as a leadership specialist is an advantage

• At least 2 years proven leadership experience in a similar role

• Experience in production

• Strong organisational skills and coordination abilities

• Willingness to work shifts (2-shift operation)
