The adult women and men in Schwarzenbach live together in a large detached house in a group of ten. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a varied daily routine with occupational activities, work in the studio and various therapy offers.

Care Specialist and Vocational Trainer
(60-80% workload)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for apprentices in the basic training FABE EFZ
- Resource-oriented promotion, support and care of the residents
- Maintaining electronic documentation Redline
- Collaboration with relatives, doctors and other professionals
- Co-design of daily living and leisure activities
- Participation in occupational activities
- Participation in annual festivities
- Tasks in administration and group household
Profile
- Training as a Care Specialist EFZ
- Vocational trainer course, possibly practical trainer
- Sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy
- Organisational and administrative skills and good IT knowledge
- High commitment, flexibility and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork
