Operations Employee 100%

• Operation of woodworking machines such as milling, sawing and sanding machines
• Quality control of manufactured products
• Manufacture of door frames and windows according to instructions and specifications
• Collaboration with team members to achieve production targets
• Support in improving production workflows and processes

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required
• Experience in woodworking and manufacturing of windows and doors is an advantage
• Technical understanding for handling woodworking machines
• Accuracy and care in work to ensure high-quality products
• Teamwork skills and good communication abilities
