The Crans-Montana Clinic , nestled in the heart of the Valais Alps, is a hospital site of the HUG. Its hospital missions consist of caring for patients for rehabilitation in general internal medicine and psychosomatics, polyvalent post-operative or post-hospitalisation rehabilitation in an acute setting.
You provide personalised and comprehensive nursing care autonomously and/or under medical delegation within a rehabilitation unit.
You ensure the precise and rigorous transmission of information between multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development of care quality. You collaborate in the supervision and clinical teaching of new nursing staff and students.
You support the existing teams with great adaptability, flexibility, and availability. You contribute to continuous improvement projects by demonstrating openness to change.
Qualifications
You hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing or an equivalent nursing diploma recognised by the Red Cross, and have excellent oral and written command of the French language.
A CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) as a HES trainer practitioner or a trainer certificate in a company, a CAS in mental health, or training in therapeutic education are additional assets.
You possess great rigour, as well as a keen sense of organisation and priority management, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and have a strong interest in the follow-up of patients suffering from psychosomatic problems.
