Team Leader Property Management (m/f/d)

Develop yourself further with us and lead a team of about 7 employees. We are looking for an industry expert in the Zurich-Wallisellen region who will complement our team as a "Priverian" and support us in achieving our goals.

• Leading and promoting your team in professional and personnel matters
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and monitoring & compliance with our quality standards
• Independently managing an exciting property portfolio consisting almost exclusively of commercial properties
• Monitoring and ensuring management activities for the responsible major clients within the commercial team
• Representing the ownership towards tenants, authorities, and craftsmen
• Advising ownership on legal and construction matters, maintaining and expanding contacts

• A commercial degree with a certificate in property management
• Several years of frontline experience in managing larger commercial properties is essential
• You are aware of the importance of your leadership role and embody reliability, commitment, and clarity with ease
• You use your leadership skills with conviction and personally shape the successful further development of Privera, therefore leadership experience is a must
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
