What is my role?

• You operate a production plant

• You work carefully and pay attention to quality and safety

• You contribute your own ideas and help with improvements

• You resolve minor malfunctions yourself and ensure the plant runs

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed basic training (ideally in the food sector) or have experience in plant operation

• Your technical understanding of plants and machines distinguishes you

• Your good German skills (spoken/written) are essential

• You appreciate the benefits of working in a 2-shift model (Monday to Friday)
