HR Business Partner

What you will do:
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and teams to:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the HR strategy.
- Manage change and support managers and employees throughout the lifecycle.
- Lead recruitment activities to attract the best talents.
- Develop a coherent corporate culture and strengthen employee engagement.
- Harmonize HR processes (recruitment, evaluation, training, compensation, etc.) to support company objectives.
- Monitor new team members during their probation period and facilitate their successful integration.
- Support managers in performance management and contribute to identifying future leaders through succession plans.
- Actively participate in strategic HR projects at the group level, promoting the implementation of best practices.
- Manage departures and ensure a smooth transition for those concerned.
The ideal profile to join us:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with:
- At least 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in the building sector.
- Very good command of German (C1 level), English is an asset.
- Residence in Switzerland and flexibility for some travel to our branches in Romandy.
- Skills in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, local labor laws, and market trends.
- A sense of humor and the ability to stay positive in complex situations!
- A true team spirit, ready to work independently while influencing various stakeholders.
