Customer Advisor (m/f/nb), 50% in Neuchâtel
Your responsibilities
- In a varied context, you advise by phone and face-to-face, prospect new clients, and sell health insurance and pension solutions tailored to their needs.
- You independently and proactively manage the follow-up of existing insured persons as well as daily client contacts.
- You prepare offers, perform administrative tasks, and arrange appointments with potential clients.
- Your ideas are welcome: you participate in activities at fairs or stands and represent CONCORDIA on site.
Your profile
- You have completed basic vocational training in a sales-oriented environment and are proficient in computer use.
- You have excellent command of French, both spoken and written – an essential asset for successful advisory interviews.
- Sales and advice are your passion: you have good interpersonal skills and can rely on an existing network that you continuously develop.
- Communication is your strength: you have a confident attitude and convince with your open and friendly manner. Working independently and responsibly goes without saying for you.
- You have completed the AFA training or are motivated to undertake it – we support you in this process.
