As Maintenance Manager, you will take on the technical and personnel leadership of the maintenance team and ensure the reliable operation of technical systems. You coordinate maintenance and repair work, optimise processes, and are responsible for planning resources, costs, and investments.
Responsibilities:
Technical and personnel leadership as well as development of the maintenance team (1 team leader and 10 technicians)
Planning and control of maintenance tasks and resources using the FM software iTWO
Coordination of maintenance and servicing work with internal departments and external service providers
Ensuring compliance with all safety, operational, and quality guidelines
Analysis of system conditions, derivation of appropriate measures, and development of control metrics
Responsibility for the cost overview of maintenance as well as support in budget and investment planning
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in the mechanical or electrical engineering field as well as further education at HF, TS level or equivalent
Several years of professional experience in maintenance of technical systems as well as leadership experience
Knowledge in process engineering, ideally complemented by experience with PLC controls and automation
Experience in the logistics environment is an advantage
Analytical and process-oriented thinking as well as strong IT affinity
Responsible and cost-conscious approach
Flexible, solution-oriented, and hands-on personality
Very good German language skills
