• Programming, setting up and operating modern production equipment

• Creating, adjusting and optimising manufacturing programmes

• Training as a Polymechanic EFZ or Production Mechanic EFZ

• Enjoyment of precise and practical work

• Experience in handling manufacturing and machine programmes
