- Together with your team, you take responsibility for the further development and reliable operation of our HRM cloud applications
- You actively participate in various topics in the HRM area – from 1st level support tasks to strategic projects with company-wide impact
- You have the opportunity to take immediate responsibility as an experienced superpower or to grow into the role as a motivated personality – with us you will find the right space for this
- You enjoy working with internal stakeholders, ICT, and external implementation partners and bring your ideas and commitment specifically into projects around our HRM applications

- You have completed basic training in the ICT field (computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education or further training)
- You have already gained initial experience in system administration and data management – preferably with SAP SuccessFactors
- Ideally, you bring cloud experience and convince with a solution- and customer-oriented mindset
- You are a socially competent team player with drive and the willingness for agile, independent work
