The Challenge

The Facility Management leadership is responsible for the safe, economical, and sustainable operation of the entire technical infrastructure at four locations, as well as responsibility for the domestic areas of cleaning, catering, and laundry services. The diverse range of tasks includes planning and implementing maintenance and investment measures, managing the technical service, and coordinating external partners. The role combines operational responsibility with continuous development and makes an important contribution to the long-term assurance of smooth operations.

Your Profile

We are seeking a technically skilled individual with a technical basic education, affinity for or experience in the hospitality industry, and further training in facility management or the willingness to undertake such training. You have experience in building maintenance, technical infrastructure, and project management. You convince through your service orientation, hands-on mentality, and organisational talent. A structured working method, decisiveness, initiative, as well as the ability to successfully lead employees and various stakeholders, and high social competence complete your profile.
