Clerk/Vehicle Dispatcher (m/f/d) Internal Service

We are a dynamic and successful family business with locations in Küssnacht and Baar. Since 1983, we have been offering customer-oriented service for everything related to cars as a service company. For our location in Küssnacht am Rigi, we are looking for a Clerk/Vehicle Dispatcher (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.

In this role, you are jointly responsible for the smooth planning and control of our vehicle movements. You ensure that vehicles are registered, deregistered, and invoiced on time.

• Planning and coordination of vehicle deliveries
• Coordination with sales, workshop, and preparation
• Monitoring appointments and ensuring efficient processes
• Maintenance and updating of vehicle data in the system
• Entering vehicles into the WEB
• Support with administrative processes in daily business
• Support of the telephone switchboard

• Completed commercial or technical basic training, ideally with experience in the automotive sector
• Practical experience in dispatching, logistics, or vehicle trade
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Good IT user skills (MS Office)
• Teamwork and commitment
• Very good German skills (native language)
• You work efficiently, are resilient, and keep an overview even in hectic times
