Head Chef
100% position, at the Restaurant Brüggerstuba of Arosa Bergbahnen AG
The mountain restaurant with sun terrace or winter garden as well as the Sternebar Garta are the ideal meeting points for all generations. Powerful children and family menus, delicacies from the grill or our star café attract young and old in summer and winter to the middle station of the Arosa-Weisshorn cable car. Your tasks:
- Leading a small kitchen team of the Brüggerstuba and Sternebar
- Staff planning
- Planning the daily menu
- Compliance and monitoring of HACCP
- Orders and inventory management
- Preparation of dishes
- Mise en place for daily operations
- Daily cleaning tasks
What you bring with you:
- Experience in leading teams, with a focus on interpersonal relationships
- Completed training as a cook, with experience as a head chef
- You enjoy cooking with regional, fresh products, are innovative and enjoy creating new dishes
- Independent and responsible work, with the desire to further develop the business
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts
- Resilient, team player and reliable
- Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Bündner mountains (option to extend for summer season
