Your Tasks

• You accompany patients with addiction through withdrawal and during rehabilitation
• You are challenged in complex nursing situations and lead discussion rounds as well as patient groups within the framework of the milieu therapeutic offer
• You work in a committed and motivated interprofessional team, where jointly defined goals are pursued and solutions sought together
• As a key worker, you take responsibility for the nursing process, with the patient at the centre and involved
• You contribute to high patient satisfaction through competence and relationship building
• You participate in the further development of a constructive team culture with communication on an equal footing
• Through a professional attitude and critical (co-)thinking, you can contribute to the optimisation of structures and processes

Your Profile

• You are a Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH (or hold an equivalent diploma from abroad recognised in Switzerland)
• You have experience in psychiatry and have preferably further trained in motivational interviewing
• You are enthusiastic about interprofessional collaboration and complex psychiatric issues
• You support us in jointly shaping a modern evidence-based addiction therapy
• You bring in your valuable experience and actively participate in maintaining and optimising our high quality standards
