We are looking for a Multiskilled Mechanic/CNC Production Mechanic (M/F) to strengthen a specialised team and actively participate in the manufacture of high-precision parts.

Your role

Within the production team, you will be responsible for:

Reading and interpreting plans and technical documents.
Preparing and setting up CNC machines, with validation from the Team Leader.
Starting production runs and ensuring compliance with dimensions and plan requirements.
Performing self-inspection of parts throughout production.
Quickly identifying and reporting any deviations or technical anomalies.
Carrying out first-level maintenance of equipment.
Collaborating with support teams to ensure continuity and quality of production.
Proposing improvements to processes and optimising setup and machining times.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment according to 5S principles.

Your profile
Technical training with a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a production mechanic or an equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an industrial environment.
Proven experience in CNC turning, ideally on BIGLIA machine tools.
Very good ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Autonomous, precise, and comfortable in an environment where quality and productivity are essential.
Team spirit, good communication skills, and stress resistance.
Flexible, versatile, and able to quickly adapt to production requirements.
Serious, conscientious, and quality-oriented individual.
