Polymechanic - Focus on Turning 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

As a polymechanic specialising in turning, you are responsible for independently setting up, programming, and operating CNC turning machines. You manufacture precise individual parts and small series according to drawings and optimise processes in terms of quality improvement, reproducibility, and performance in collaboration with your team colleagues. Your tasks also include the initial inspection (quality control) of the manufactured parts, actively shaping the workplace and work environment, as well as participating in LEAN management.

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a person with completed vocational training as a polymechanic, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator, or comparable training. You bring solid experience in CNC turning and knowledge of CAD/CAM programming (Siemens NX). Experience with DMG turning machines is an advantage. Furthermore, you are characterised by a high quality awareness, precise working methods, as well as a reliable, team-oriented, and independent personality.
