Your area of responsibility

Complete event and banquet organization
Event sales, offer & order creation as well as follow-up of the event and customer care
Organization and coordination of rooms, event materials, and artists
Participation in customer loyalty activities
Co-responsibility for the reservation and cash register system
General administration including daily and monthly accounting, invoice control, telephone service, reservation management, etc.

Several years of experience in gastronomy as well as experience in event organization is an advantage
Very good IT skills in MS Office as well as general technical affinity
Team spirit, reliability, independence, and flexibility
Very good communication skills, both written and oral
Fluent in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
