The HR & Finance department sees itself as a competent internal service provider. The small personnel team is responsible for all personnel-related tasks and concerns of our nearly 200 employees at the Landquart site. We offer a committed person the opportunity to start a career in HR.
Your area of responsibility (depending on workload)
- Personnel administration from entry to exit
- Preparation of HR-relevant payrolls (wages, accident, health, and EO daily allowances)
- Collaboration and accounting with social insurances, offices, and authorities
- Absence management including hours and holiday control
- Support in recruitment and training
- Participation in HR projects and continuous process development
- General administrative tasks in HR & Finance
We expect from you
- Discretion and confidential handling of all data are basic requirements
- Strong interest in HR topics and administrative processes
- Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel) as well as interest and ability to further develop and exploit existing IT solutions
- Very independent, thoughtful, proactive, and service-oriented working style
- Team-capable, empathetic, and resilient personality with assertiveness and a healthy sense of humour
- Confident German and good English skills
