What you bring

• You are the competent and independent contact person for our clients for all questions related to their dream property
• You support our clients in searching/selling properties, preparing sales files, identifying potential buyers, and negotiating sales
• You collaborate with our experts in mortgages, taxation, and pension provision by offering a new type of client experience, based on holistic and specialised advice
• You combine personalised advice and our digital tools, making you an indispensable partner for our clients

Your profile

• Experience in real estate brokerage, minimum 2 years
• Excellent knowledge of the real estate market in your region (French-speaking Valais) and a wide network of contacts
• You enjoy opening new doors, developing your network, and spotting growth opportunities
• You have great interpersonal skills and are a true talent oriented towards customer service
• You are comfortable with digital technology and ready to use technology effectively in the value creation process
• You have an excellent command of the French language and good knowledge of English and German is an asset
