With you, we want to advise our customers in an even more targeted and comprehensive way and develop sustainable added value and new contracts from existing relationships. In this role, you actively advise, systematically identify potentials in the portfolio and contribute measurably to the success of our (general) agency through cross-selling and quality coverage upgrades.

Your role

• You identify the needs of our clients and offer them suitable insurance solutions; you know how to spot an opportunity as well as realise it
• You actively develop the existing portfolio: cross-selling, upselling, customer retention
• You also seek out new clients, with a genuine desire to convince
• You manage the administrative follow-up of your files independently (offers, changes, client correspondence); sales do not end at signature
• You are the first point of contact for the agency and represent Visana professionally

Your profile

• You have commercial training and proven experience in insurance, with an AFA certification
• You know the regional economic fabric (Neuchâtel/Jura) and know how to leverage it to develop your portfolio
• You enjoy both convincing a client and closing a file properly
• You are looking for a stable, long-term position within a close-knit team
• You communicate confidently, even in demanding interview situations
• You are organised, reliable, and comfortable with Office tools
• Position based in Neuchâtel, on-site
