• You have obtained your compulsory schooling certificate with good results
• You have an interest in new technologies and electrical engineering
• You are good at maths
• You enjoy manual activities and are not afraid of heights
• You appreciate teamwork and have good physical endurance
• You have the willingness to learn and develop
