What is my role?

As a Team Leader Raw Production (m/f/d), you take on the leadership and coordination of your production team

• You control and optimise the manufacturing processes in raw production

• Personnel deployment planning and shift coordination are in your hands

• You ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications

• The professional and disciplinary leadership of your team is one of your main tasks

• You work closely with other departments and drive continuous improvement processes forward

• Monitoring occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines falls within your area of responsibility

What do I need to be successful?

Completed technical training or degree in mechanical engineering, production technology or comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in production, ideally in raw production

• Initial leadership experience or the motivation to take on this role

• Assertiveness combined with social competence

• Organisational talent and a structured way of working

• Team spirit and strong communication skills

• Willingness to work shifts
