• Coordination and execution of switching operations in cooperation with the regional centers
• Leading and managing disturbances in the AEW network
• Monitoring and controlling the 16 kV network as a control center operator in the central network control center
• Operating the control system and performing switching operations
• Documenting events and maintaining the network diagram
• Creating and approving switching orders and emergency concepts
• Ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient network operation
• Providing on-call service

• Completed basic electrical engineering training with experience in handling electrical systems
• Further education at HF level (e.g., electrical engineering, energy or system technology) advantageous or master craftsman examination
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of high-voltage systems
• Good IT skills and interest in digital control systems
• Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
• Independent, disciplined, and responsible working style
• High resilience and clear, precise communication – even in demanding situations
