Are you facing the decision of what to do next after your high school diploma or a commercial apprenticeship? Would you like to gain valuable insights into the working world and familiarize yourself with the field of law?

We offer exciting gap year positions in our Zurich office starting immediately or by arrangement. You can work either as an assistant in one of our 25 lawyer teams or in the internal assistant pool. In the "pool," you take on day- or week-long substitutions for assistants during their absences – a varied task with high personal responsibility. In the individual teams, you will gain valuable insights into the daily work of a leading Swiss business law firm.

The gap year lasts 12 months and is intended as a full-time position.

• Support in client care
• Correspondence in German and English, mostly by email
• Coordination of phone calls, appointments, as well as organization of meetings and business trips
• Processing extensive contract documents
• Document management (mainly digital), file maintenance, and administrative tasks including invoicing
• Completed commercial training or high school diploma
• Confident German and good English skills
• Very good MS Office skills and IT affinity
• Independent, open, and team-oriented personality with quick comprehension
