Job Description
Your main tasks include the maintenance of production equipment. Together as a team, you not only try to repair the equipment but also solve problems preventively. You act as a link between production and maintenance.
Your tasks essentially include:
- Supporting production employees in setting up the equipment
- Maintenance of production equipment
- Small electrical and mechanical repairs as well as preventive problem solving on various production equipment
- With analytical intuition, you identify improvement potentials and implement them
- Preventive maintenance of production equipment (work according to maintenance plans)
- Active design and optimization of workflows according to Bosch Production System standards are your responsibilities, while complying with legal and company regulations
- Increasing and improving equipment availability and quality as well as compliance with prescribed quality standards are part of your responsibilities
Qualifications
- Education: Basic technical training such as mechatronics technician, automation technician, electrician, polymechanic (m/f/div.)
- Personality and working style: Flexible, responsible, independent personality with a systematic and precise working style and willingness to work shifts (3-shift)
- Experience and know-how: SAP and MS Office knowledge are an advantage
- Languages: Good German language skills, English skills are a plus
