On behalf of one of our clients, the OKJOB Medical agency in Neuchâtel is looking for a motivated and passionate Nurse to join a team dedicated to supporting elderly people in psychogeriatrics.

NURSE IN PSYCHOGERIATRICS (M/F)
- Swiss recognised nursing diploma.
- CAS in psychogeriatrics or solid experience in psychogeriatrics.
- PLAISIR evaluator training.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good listening and empathy.
- Team spirit, autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Motivation to support residents with professionalism, respect and kindness.
- Given the geographical location of Château-d'Oex, a personal vehicle is an essential asset.
- Flexible for varied hours (day, evening, weekend).
- Contract: Permanent contract at 80%
- Start date: 1st November
- Ensure comprehensive care of residents by providing quality care adapted to their needs.
- Assess residents' health status, plan and deliver nursing care.
- Actively participate in the residents' life project in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure the transmission of information and follow-up of files to guarantee continuity of care.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, caring and respectful environment for residents and their relatives.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of care quality and the development of best practices.
