tasks

• you are responsible for the personnel, professional and cooperative leadership of your team and represent as well as support the nursing management
• in addition, you take over the personnel deployment planning and regularly participate in nursing reports, discussions and meetings
• you work on projects and also actively in nursing, ensuring nursing quality and compliance with nursing processes
• you are also responsible for preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• maintaining contact with relatives completes your demanding range of tasks
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a nurse / nurse FH / HF / DNII or equivalent (for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is required)
• you bring leadership experience
• targeted further training is an advantage but not a requirement
• it is important that you are socially competent, communicative and well organised
• do you also consider yourself empathetic, cooperative and proactive?
