Job Description

• Setting up and operating CNC milling machines: You set up CNC-controlled machines, programme them, and monitor the production of precise components.
• Manufacturing of single and series products: You process various materials such as aluminium, steel, stainless steel, or plastics according to technical drawings and specifications.
• Creating CNC programmes: You programme the machines either directly (manually) or with the support of CAD/CAM software.
• Quality control: You carry out regular quality checks, measure the manufactured parts, and ensure they meet the technical specifications.
• Maintenance and servicing: You perform simple maintenance tasks on the machines, identify faults, and rectify them.
• Optimisation of manufacturing processes: You continuously improve machine operations and production processes to increase efficiency and quality.

We expect

• Setting up and operating our CNC milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis)
• Experience in machining larger (welded) constructions and components without a vice
• Programming directly at the machine (Heidenhain) and with programming software (Mastercam)
• Independent quality control and documentation
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Reliable, quality-conscious, motivated, and long-term oriented
• Ideally <30 minutes commute to the company (Wangen SZ).
