This is what you can expect- You support the branch manager in the daily management and organization of the branch
- You provide competent, customer-oriented advice and assist in selecting gifts from our diverse product range
- You ensure the appealing presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate range, among other things through creative store design
- You guarantee top quality and consistently implement our high standards
- You are an important point of contact for the team and for customers
- You contribute to optimizing workflows and ensure that the branch operates efficiently and profitably
- You have completed training in retail and/or bring comparable experience in dealing with food
- You love a hands-on mentality and are technically inclined
- You are eager to optimize and have an entrepreneurial mindset
- You have an extraordinary awareness of quality and hygiene
- You appreciate open and respectful communication and are fluent in German and English; knowledge of French and other languages is an additional advantage
- You are not afraid of flexible working hours and are fully available on weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays
