Your tasks
- Responsibility for orders from IV offices in the area of internal vocational measures and case management
- Administrative tasks, especially writing reports and documenting case progress
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with various specialist offices and stakeholders, including IV offices, legal guardians, therapists, social services, relatives and internal specialists
- Case management and support of integration measures
- Support in job coaching and vocational integration
- Acquisition of new partner companies as well as building and maintaining existing company contacts for internships and other vocational opportunities
- Participation in various projects and taking on project-related tasks
Your profile
- Experience in the field of labour integration
- Ideally further training in Supported Employment or a degree in Psychology or Social Work
- Sound knowledge of social insurance, especially in the area of disability insurance (IV), as well as the Swiss education system
- Experience in supporting and collaborating with people with mental disabilities
- Strong self-organisation skills, flexibility and a structured way of working
- Enjoyment of a versatile hub function and working with different stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, combined with empathy, social competence and a winning manner
