Order Processing Clerk (m/f/d)
Your main tasks
- Order entry and processing in coordination with production control
- Creating and sending order confirmations
- Maintaining sales prices in coordination with sales
- Creating, sending, and monitoring timely invoicing
- Document transmission and monitoring in customer portals
- Handling shipping processes and creating shipping documents
- Monitoring delivery dates to ensure timely order processing
- Order tracking and communication of changes to the specialist departments
- Correspondence and customer support (in German and English)
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an industrial clerk
- Ideally relevant professional experience in order processing or internal sales
- High customer and service orientation as well as teamwork skills
- Strong communication and expression skills, English skills are an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and an ERP system
