About the job
The State Archive is the memory of the Canton of Thurgau. For our Archival Services for Municipalities division, which manages the analog and digital archives for various Thurgau municipalities, we are looking for the Political Municipalities area from July 1, 2026, or by agreement a
Your tasks
- Indexing of analog and digital archival material from political municipalities using the scopeArchiv archival database (at the State Archive in Frauenfeld and on site)
- Advising political municipalities on analog and digital file management and archiving
Your profile
- A completed university degree and/or a specialized degree in information sciences
- Professional experience in a state, city, or municipal archive is an advantage
- Interest in classical archival work as well as records management
- Willingness to work on long-term projects
- Strong self-management skills
- Confident demeanor and skill in dealing with people
- Driver's license category B
