Your area of responsibility:
- Support in the management and organization of the entire kitchen area in cooperation with the head chef
- Ensuring the high quality of the dishes
- Production of dishes at the assigned station
- Assistance with the monthly inventory and ordering process
- Completion of various administrative tasks (Daily Cost Control, delivery note and invoice control, etc.)
- Deputizing for the head chef in case of absence
- Completion of general cleaning and tidying tasks
- Implementation and assurance of quality standards and ZFV guidelines (hygiene and occupational safety, service, etc.)
- Conducting briefings and debriefings in consultation with the head chef
- Promotion of team building
- Participation in team and management meetings
Your strengths:
- Completed vocational training as a cook: EFZ
- 6 years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy / hospitality
- Kitchen experience in all positions in the kitchen
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Enthusiastic "foodie"
