You can bring your passion for human resources into a diverse range of tasks:
- Advising and supporting managers and employees on all personnel-related matters in the technical sector
- Further development of the company health management
- Absence management including support for long-term cases (illness/accident)
- Supporting line managers in the recruitment process
- Handling all processes along the HR life cycle
- Participation in HR projects as well as other HR-relevant topics
- Deputising within the team, such as time management and personnel administration
- Support and deputising for the Head of Personnel
WHAT DO YOU BRING WITH YOU?
You bring a commercial education and further training as an HR specialist, which serve as a strong foundation. In addition, you have several years of professional experience in a similar role, preferably in an industrial company. Your solid knowledge of Office 365 applications and Abacus will help you in your daily work. If you have a confident command of German, work solution-oriented, and are characterised by a socially competent personality, you are exactly right with us!
