For a modern rehabilitation clinic, we are looking for a strong leadership personality who, together with a motivated team, sets new standards and actively develops nursing further.

Tasks

• You lead a committed nursing team both professionally and personally
• You manage the workflows in the department and ensure smooth processes
• You contribute your ideas and continuously develop nursing quality
• You work closely with other leaders as well as interdisciplinary specialist areas
• You actively shape a modern, patient-centred rehabilitation nursing

Profile

• Training as a qualified nurse HF, with foreign diplomas recognised by the SRK
• Leadership experience or the motivation to take the next step
• Experience in the rehab environment is an advantage
• Decisiveness and organisational strength
• Passion for nursing and its further development
• A positive, appreciative personality with drive
• Very good German language skills
