Head of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) (m|f|d) 100 %
As Head of QHSE, you are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the areas of quality, occupational safety, health protection, and environmental management. You ensure that our processes meet the highest quality standards and are continuously optimized.
Your Responsibilities
- Management System | Further development and maintenance of the integrated management system (IMS) according to ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
- Information Security | Participation in the implementation of requirements according to ISO 27001
- Audits & Certifications | Conducting internal audits as well as supporting external certifications
- Competence Development | Advising and training managers and employees in the QHSE area to promote the QHSE culture
- Risk Management | Analyzing risks and deriving preventive measures
- Compliance | Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as company policies
- Reporting | Reporting to management on QHSE key figures, risks, and improvement measures
- Strategy | Planning and implementing QHSE initiatives throughout the company
- Continuous Improvement | Initiating and leading improvement projects
- Projects & Digitalization | Participation in projects, process development, and digital transformations
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Qualification | Completed studies or comparable education in quality management, environmental technology, occupational safety, or related fields
- Experience | Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, as well as experience in building and maintaining management systems
- Standards & Norms | Solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards as well as good knowledge of ISO 27001
- IT Skills | High affinity for digital tools (M365, Complyant, Visio, Power BI)
- Communication | Strong communication and moderation skills
- Working Style | Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach
- Language Skills | Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English and French skills
