tasks

• you are responsible for the complete processing of customer orders
• in doing so, you handle customer enquiries and prepare offers in cooperation with the technical and production departments
• furthermore, you prepare the necessary documents and manage the orders up to the final invoice
• additionally, you assist in the implementation of customer projects
• the workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have a basic technical-craft training, for example as a building services planner, ventilation system builder, climate technician, heating installer or comparable (m/f/d)
• alternatively, a commercial clerk would also be possible, but good technical understanding would then be required
• in addition, you bring good to very good French language skills
