Real Estate Management Clerk (m/f/d)

- Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks in the area of commercial and technical property management
- Active participation in vacancy management by attending viewings of apartments and ancillary properties with potential tenants as part of re-letting
- Responsible for preparing rental contracts for apartments and ancillary properties, including associated annexes and addenda
- Supporting the handover of apartments and ancillary properties, sometimes independently managing these processes
- Preparing final statements for our tenants
- Assisting with debtor and creditor management in the real estate sector
- Maintaining written and verbal communication with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable training in the real estate sector
- Industry knowledge in real estate, ideally already acquired
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good IT application skills, especially in MS Office, ideally complemented by experience with GREM
- Strong organisational talent and exemplary manners
- Valid driving licence and ideally own vehicle
