In your role as Specialist Nurse, you actively work within the team at the location and contribute to securing and further developing the quality of care. You integrate cross-site concepts and assessments into everyday care and support the team in their implementation. This includes the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing guidelines and standards as well as support in complex care situations.
You will be supported in your tasks by experienced specialists and report directly to our nursing expert Bern West. For effective implementation of your role, you are prepared to spend at least 50 percent of your employment in direct care.

- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- CAS Intercare or CAS in geriatric nursing, or willingness to complete this
- Experience and knowledge in the field of dementia an advantage
- Further training in palliative care or as a wound expert an advantage
- Very good German language skills
- Open and constructive personality

- Conscientious working style and networked thinking
- Teamwork skills
- Independence and initiative
- Financial and/or time support for internal and external training and further education
- 5 weeks holiday, 6 weeks from age 45, 7 weeks from age 55
