Your field of activity

• As a Senior Construction Manager, you take on the overall leadership and control of our demanding large-scale construction projects in timber, modular and hybrid construction
• You lead internal as well as external project, planning and execution teams and support the project managers in challenging project phases as a sparring partner
• In close cooperation with our partner companies and your colleagues, you are responsible for the overall project management across all project phases
• As the central contact person for clients, specialist planners and contractors, you ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality and economic efficiency and identify project risks at an early stage
• You conduct negotiations with clients, subcontractors and partner companies, are responsible for change order management and accompany the projects until successful handover to the client

Your foundation

• You have a technical construction education or a degree in civil engineering and are passionate about complex construction projects in timber construction
• You already bring several years of experience as a Senior Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager or in a comparable leadership position in building or timber construction
• Managing demanding large-scale projects and leading interdisciplinary teams are among your strengths
• Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills as well as a strong awareness of costs, deadlines and quality characterise you
• With your communicative, assertive and solution-oriented manner, you succeed in aligning different stakeholders successfully towards common goals
