Quality Specialist 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Handling complaints and non-conformities as well as coordination with internal and external contacts

• Creation, maintenance and further development of inspection plans and inspection processes

• Analysis and evaluation of quality indicators (KPIs) as well as preparation of reports

• Planning and conducting quality meetings including KPI reporting

• Inspection and approval of initial samples and sample testing according to EMPB / PPAP

• Development and optimisation of inspection strategies and measurement concepts as well as assessment of feasibility

• ? Support and advice in quality assurance in various company areas

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical vocational training as a polymechanic, machine mechanic or mechatronics technician; further training as a technician HF/FH is an advantage

• Several years of professional experience in quality engineering or quality assurance

• Sound knowledge in complaint handling, ideally with the 8D methodology

• Confident handling of technical drawings and geometric tolerances

• ? Knowledge of Core Tools and common quality methods is an advantage

• Good MS Office and ERP skills, ideally PSIPenta

• Independent, reliable and proactive personality

• Strong problem-solving skills, initiative and a structured way of working
