Assistant Shift Supervisor (2-Shift)
In this exciting role, you are part of the shift supervisor team and jointly responsible for the smooth operation of a packaging line.
WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE:
- Co-responsibility for leading the shift team in the absence of the deputy shift supervisor
- Assistance with order processing (scheduling, planning, controlling) according to specifications
- Performing initial sample and self-inspections according to test plans/specifications
- Operating the packaging line
- Maintaining machines and their peripherals according to specifications
- Handling irregularities (machine malfunctions, etc.) and reporting to supervisors and specialists
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
- Production experience and technical aptitude
- Very good oral and written German skills
- High level of reliability, quality awareness and communication skills
- Good basic PC skills required
- Willingness to work 2-shift (early and late) is a prerequisite
