What to expect
With the FM Logistics team, you ensure postal and logistics services for the Bern executive site. You carry out freight forwarding and courier trips throughout Switzerland. If necessary, you support the internal car service.
Your impact with us
You work in the day-to-day business of FM Logistics and ensure the processing and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail for letters and parcels. In addition, you are jointly responsible for goods receipt and inspection of deliveries, for the relocation of pallets, and for the provision of materials.
You provide packaging/shipping and other logistics services for the Bern executive site, furthermore you plan and carry out material transports throughout Switzerland including courier trips in the Bern area.
Together with your colleagues, you ensure customer and supplier reception at the internal post counter and at the delivery ramp.
If necessary, you undertake assignments for the internal car service to ensure fleet operation and take on passenger transports.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training, preferably in logistics or transport industry
- Several years of experience in road traffic as a driver or in field service
- Experience with common MS Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Possession of driving licence category BE or higher
- High reliability and strong sense of responsibility
- Precise, structured and service-oriented working style
- Team-oriented, trustworthy and resilient personality
- Willingness to work and time flexibility for driving assignments also outside usual office hours
- Very good oral and written German skills (native language), oral knowledge of French
