We care for our residents and their relatives with professional expertise and a great deal of human commitment in often complex situations. Treatment, care and support of high quality therefore require specific knowledge in the field of geriatrics as well as individually tailored support in health, social or emotional matters.
That is why our multiprofessional team works closely together. It consists of doctors, nursing professionals, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists and chaplains.
Direct applications are preferred; external recruitment agencies are not given priority.
- in the holistic care and support of residents within the interprofessional team
- on various care wards in our care centre
- in the accompaniment and promotion of trainees
- in instructing and supporting nursing assistants

You will receive support in your daily work from a professionally competent ward manager, a kinaesthetics trainer and a nursing expert.

As the largest care centre in the west of Zurich, we offer a residential home for 126 people in need of care and support. Our comprehensive and interprofessional range of services includes long-term care, rehabilitation, support for people with dementia as well as a day centre. Thanks to the direct connection to the Limmattal acute hospital, medical care is guaranteed around the clock. The Spital Limmattal care centre is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Zurich, just three S-Bahn stations from the main station.
