Your Tasks
- Professional and organisational leadership: You lead a dedicated nursing team and ensure that the highest quality of care is guaranteed and consistently implemented at all times.
- Collaboration in the interdisciplinary team: Through close cooperation with other specialist areas, you contribute significantly to holistic and excellent care for patients and residents.
- Practical nursing work: In addition to your leadership duties, you are actively involved in nursing, support direct care, and thus promote the well-being and satisfaction of those cared for.
Our Requirements
- Training: You have completed training as a registered nurse HF or FH (DNII or with SRK recognition) and can look back on at least three years of relevant professional experience in nursing.
- Further education: Ideally, you have further training, such as a CAS in Leadership or an equivalent qualification that promotes your professional and personal development in the leadership role.
- Language skills: Very good German skills in spoken and written form enable you to communicate clearly and efficiently within the team and in contact with patients.
