About the job
We are looking for a
Frontline Operations Staff 50% - 70% (m/f/d) - Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- At the till, you ensure a smooth process – including the daily closing.
- When actively selling, you bring your energy, present the products attractively and keep the kiosk and cafeteria well stocked at all times.
- You also assist with cleaning tasks at counters and various outlets, ensuring tidiness.
- You are a reliable contact person for guests and answer their questions and concerns with competence and friendliness.
- You participate actively in internal and external events and contribute to a successful process.
Your profile
- Ideally, you already have experience in the hospitality industry – whether at the till, in service or sales.
- Your working style demonstrates team spirit, efficiency and a high standard of quality.
- Your positive, service-oriented manner and social skills make you a winning personality in guest contact.
- Good German skills are essential; English and other languages are a plus.
