As an HR Business Partner, you actively drive the further development of our HR processes, support managers and employees in all personnel-related matters, and shape a professional, international working environment throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Your Tasks
- Recruitment of specialists domestically and abroad in cooperation with supervisors including applicant management
- Consultation and support of department/team leaders and employees in all HR topics
- Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (entry to exit) including administration
- Support in monthly payroll processing including social insurances
- Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements
- Participation in the further development of HR processes and HR tools, renewing and keeping regulations and instructions up to date
- Close cooperation with HR management on strategic and operational HR topics
Your Profile
- Completed further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate or comparable further education)
- Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable function
- Experience with work permits (EU/EFTA & third countries)
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law as well as payroll
- Strong consulting and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and quick comprehension of new IT programs
- Strong communication skills as well as a structured, responsible, and independent working style
- Very good German and English skills (additional foreign language is an advantage)
